Deadlift - 5 reps @ 225#, 5 reps @ 245#
Barbell rows - 5 reps @ 135# (x2)
Kettlebell Swings - 50 @ 55# (Cale), 50 @ 55# (Jake)
Ab wheel - 5 extensions (x2)
