We are still focusing on the 5-5-5 basics until the end of the year. We have targets we are trying to hit on New Year's Eve.
Until that day, we are focusing on:
Bench Press
Military Press
Squat
Deadlift
My target is a 300lb bench. I'm hoping to get there, but nagging injuries are making me nervous. I'm currently able to press ~255, so 300 might be a little ambitious.
