[140# rock] Street carry (30 yards)
[115# rock] Bench press (15 reps)

[115# rock] Bench press (15 reps)
[85# rock] Standing triceps extension (10 reps - overhead)
[115# rock] Bench press (10 reps)
[170# tire] Street carry (100 yards)
[170# tire] Street carry (100 yards)
“Challenge press” – Standing Military press @ 50% body weight – 21 reps.
Felt good just to get out there and do "something." My kids were playing in the cul-de-sac, so it was quality family time well spent.
