Rocks
I moved to the 140# rock for the bench press. No problems so far. It's not as wide as the 115#, so it concentrates my triceps more than my chest, but that's okay for now. Tonight, I'm going to try the 185# on the bench. That's the bruiser - literally. everywhere I try to rest that thing it bruises me. I need some more meat on my bones...
