We started the program today and flew through the workout in about 30 minutes. Since this is going to be an EVERY day workout for 40 days, it'll be interesting how far we can raise the bar from day one. We didn't try to kill ourselves out of the gate, but I expect it to get harder before it gets easier.
Incline Bench - 5 reps @ 185# (twice)
Deadlift - 5 reps @ 275# (twice)
Barbell rows - 5 reps @ 135# (twice)
Kettlebell Swings - 35 @ 35# (Cale), 35 @ 55# (Jake)
Ab wheel - 5 extensions (once) <-- Recommend doing this twice starting tomorrow.
